Maruti Suzuki India — central lock of swift dzire | |||
What a poor service centre! Absolutely hopeless owned by cheaters. Bhatia and company, kota is zero on 10. We sent our car for routine servicing and after the service the central lock stopped working. Then after complaining for many times, they took rs.240/- and replaced the lock. They took the charges for the lock which was functional before the service. We paid for the part which was not asked to repair during the service. Bhatia and company's service centre is the poorest of all the service centres ever allotted by maruti suzuki ltd. We ate highly dissatisfied. And this is not the first time, it has happened each time that the service centre created some problem in the car which wasn't there prior the service and then we had to pay without our mistake. They don't even fix the original parts. They use pirated parts in the name of maruti. The siren of my car is going on, making noise in the middle of the road at this time. The car has been taken back by the executive which is causing a lot of inconvenience. Very bad service providers by some authentic maruti service centres.
