Maruti Suzuki India — cheating on vehicle registration process

Dear sir/madam, i have been advised by the dealer of the company to avail the preferred number.in view of it, i have given the auction money rather rs 2, 000/- extra as required by them. My name was published and available on auctioned portal with - od17p0707. However they have allotted me od17n7770 a different number instead of the auctioned one. It’s indeed the fact that i have been cheated and mentally harassed by the inconvenience. Please accord priority and do the needful.
