Maruti Suzuki India — complaint no. 2039808305 not resolved

Dear maruti team,
As i am harassed and hopeless i am writing mail this mail to you.
I have maruti eeco 5 seater cng and i have handover my vehicle to sidhi vinayak wrokshop team for repair and submitted all required documents till 6 dec.
I have visited to showroom on 22-dec-17 and they assured me that soon they will handover my vehicle to me.
As i have 5 times complaint by phone call & 2 times by mail's already regarding this issue but still situation is same and vehicle is not given to me by dealerships.
I want you to take action against dealership and help me to get my vehicle as soon as possible other wise i have to take leagal action.
