It almost 3 days and suddenly i felt the need of writing this mail. The quality of cars and the products provided by maruti in india are far far below standard. These people even don, t care about life and death of the people buying their car. Selling best quality things in developed nations and the remaining ones that is the sub quality products to indian customers. I met nearly fatal accident the car was completely damaged. My car (Swift vxi optional model 2017) collided with tata mobile 207. The best thing was it is 2 year old car and the so called airbags didn't open up. Even a single out of 2 (Driver and pilon seat one blew up).
Same time i call to the call centre regarding my issue but none of them pay any heed to my problem and there response is just a formality.
When i was planing to buy a car everyone suggesting me to buy car maruti but my experience worst with maruti.
In future if anyone ask me to suggest to buy a new car i will never recommend to buy a car from maruti.
Moreover the workshop has given 2 to 3 months time to repaired the vehicle. I buy this car from my hard earn money & loan from the bank.
Kindly look into this matter otherwise i will file a case and highlight the service, safety & fake promises of maruti on social media & all other platforms.
