Maruti Suzuki India — complaints against exchange

Dear sir/madam

I have purchased a maruti suzuki alto 800 vxi from mittal autozone guwahati on 4th february 2020. I have exchange my old maruti suzuki alto. I have given the all previous loan details on 10th of february 2020. But still they do not close my previous loan. They said today will do but end of the day nothing. The dealer service is total zero customer service is not good. They have taken 10000 security money from me for noc. My next emi due on 7th march 2020.

Now what i will do they said that cheqe is ready but still not close my previous loan.
