Further to your below mail and our telephone conversation regarding the confirmation of no year-end discounts, we have proceeded and purchased a car (Maruti celerio zxi) from garuda autocrafts bangalore on 18 november 2016.

But now you are giving consumer discount of rs.35k on new purchase.

Because of you i have lost around rs.25k.
