I have sent my mother for reneawal of my insurance policy from maruti but on reaching the service executive refused to accept credit card payment though this was dissucssed over phone previously. They sent my mother aged 60 years to withdraw cash and when she returned they said that the relevent person has gone home and inaurance cant be done now.. What kind of service is this... Firstly due to cash withdrwal that was done by my mother as ur executive refused to accept credit card payment through my credit card i have to bear additional interest. Why cant i pay through my credit card as i have also agreed to pay additional charges that is to be deducted for paying through card. Kindly take action against such executives else faith of customers like us on your company will be lost. Was this information helpful? | |||
