Maruti Suzuki India — dealers non co operating with csd customers

I purchased swift vxi car through csd stores in bengaluru in dec 2018 while i visited all dealers, it was noticed that the year end offers were given to all customers but not to the csd customers by almost all the dealers, when asked they say already the discount was given through csd, which is such a humiliation shown towards the soldiers who've served the nation. Where as other company dealers were giving all the discounts given without any discriminations. The behavior of the dealers is as if they are doing favour to the soldiers by selling through csd,
