Maruti Suzuki India — defect in cng car (wagon r)
I mr bimal navsaria purchased wagon r cng car number mh02-er-0185 from sai service pvt ltd from andheri east mumbai and my mobile number is [protected]/[protected], purchased in the month of august, and after the third service the car faced a check light issue on the same day and i informed to the concern person about the issue and took my car again to the service center but the mechanic was unable to resolve and said by him that he is unable to detect the issue through the system. Any how he repaired and gave back to me my car, again the same problem occurred and i took my car to service center the very next day.
Second day the mechanic rectified the issue and did throttle body cleaning and handed the car back to me. And again in the week i was facing the same problem and the car took all most a week to get repaired, and again after 2 days the car is facing the same problem till now.
So i am facing loss in the business as i have to pay wages to my driver, and also it is a matter of safety concern as the driver had faced feed back from the client about the jerk while running the car and car stops while changing the gear and while stopping.
So who is going to bear the loss as i want this car to get replace and as a matter of compensation the rest of the loan company will bear. Or please repay my money. So please revert me as soon as possible or i have to go legally.
