Worthless Car, Pathetic after sales, faulty AC & electrical, worthless engineers took entire car dismantling to understand the problem. Arrogant customer care and deaf top management & the after sales services of NEXA are even worse!
The S-cross I bought from NEXA Akshardham Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd. had faulty wirings and AC. On reporting this to the dealer, they sent me to their workshop where none of their engineers could figure out the problem for 2 days. They dismantled the car which was bought just 2 days ago and only after 50kms of run. The wires dangling and the parts were strewn around.
After watching all this mess created with the car, they now force me to take back this junked up car. The dealer was arrogant enough to say that they do not care whatever I do or want, they are a big company and will manage to clear up this mess. They are only here to cheat the customers and force a customer into taking a faulty car. The car which even Maruti officials claim to be working in a proper condition, has wiring issues and might catch fire to which they are least bothered Was this information helpful? |
