Maruti Suzuki India — delay by the dealer as promised after taking the booking amount | |||
Hi. This is to inform you that i adil imam had booked a maruti suzuki dzire zdi plus amt with paramount wheels mira road east showroom on 27th november 2017 as promised by them my delivery date will be 25th jan to 29th jan 2018. But now onwards they are saying it won't be delivered before 15th feb 2018. I really very disappointed by there promise in im missing my wedding anniversary also. Before doing the booking there was a very good follow by thier side and after giving them the booking amount of 25000 they totally forget us. As promised by them that sir you make the booking amount and by next week we will give you the test drive of the car but it now i havnt received the test drive call from paramount wheels. My agent name is shweta. And one more thing why they are again n again forcing to take the delivery of 2017 model 1000 of times i have told them that i will only go for 2018 model but call for 2017 model is coming all yhe time. I need you to take a strict against the dealership and should fullfil there promise atleast what they make. Very disappointed with maruti suzuki this was going to be my 1st car in home.
