Maruti Suzuki India — delay in delivery of car on time

I made booking of swift dezire from the dealer nanak nagar jammu and the asm told me that booking period is 3 months but we will give you car within 1 and half month. Now 3 months have passed away but till now i have not got my car. Now they are offering me another colour as i have made booking of blue colour and it is manufactured in small numbers and you have to wait for ot.in this way they are betraying the customer just for increasing the booking strength.
