Maruti Suzuki India — delay in delivery of maruti suzuki -dzire zxi petrol (oxford blue) | |||
Dear sir, I m Rahul Deshmukh from IPSEN Technologies Pvt Ltd customer of Maruti Suzuki Dzire-ZXI-Petrol-Oxford blue. I booked Maruti Dzire in the name of M/s.Ipsen Technologies Pvt ltd on date 07.03.2019 from MYCAR Pune c-11, Wakad, Maharashtra. I booked car by of Rs.5000/-(Five Thousand only) through net banking favoring MYCAR Pune, Mycar team has promised me to deliver will be 4 weeks max. I am tried to reach them but still date they do not have any answer on delivery date. They told me that Maruti has delayed the delivery of car. My company CEO(IPSEN) is asking me that when we will get delivery of car & why their is delay in car but i am unable to answer them. I am tried to reach to Mr. Gaurav Dave (Maruti Regional office-Pune) but did not give any single reply to my sent email. I am unaware of hidden happenings and the right stock of car dispatch from Maruti plant and car availability at Maruti. Please tell me the reason why there is delay in delivering the car. Please help me to escape from this problem and if possible make my deliver of car as early as possible. I am attaching car booking slip. thanking you.
