Maruti Suzuki India — Engine repair | |||
Pathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. I have maruti suzuki swift vdi 2012 model and while traveling from buxar its engine got seized and the whole engine got rebuild in your varanasi maruti agency and they assured us that our car’s engine is like of a new car and will run smoothly for next 1 lack kms without any glitches…we got our car back and drove it for approximately 1400 kms…one day my dad was traveling to allahabad when again the engine stopped……we towed our car to your agency/workshop in allahabad “greenland motors, 40, industrial estate, teliarganj, allahabad, uttar pradesh”…we dropper our car at the agency on 01/05/2017 and whenever we asked them is our car ready they asked for more time…they kept our car for good 55 days telling us that there is a leakage in compressor and now they are saying that they repaired the whole engine again for which they are demanding 62000 (Apx.) rupees and ac work is pending for which we have to pay additional 22000 rupees (Apx.)…i mean what the hell we just got our engine packed from maruti agency in varanasi and it was supposed to run without trouble….. Now just after driving 1400km these people at allahabad agency are saying they repacked the engine and demanding approx. 62000 rupees for rebuilding engine and and 22000 rupees for ac after keeping my car my car in their workshop since last 57 days…. I mean how engine will cease again just after driving 1400 kms….. And the ac was perfectly working when we submitted our car…now they are saying ac is not working and delivery will be delayed and we will have to bear charges for ac repair also….. This is how maruti rob their customers….? A car is supposed to run at-least 40000 kms once the engine is remade but engine seized within 1400kms of run and now you people are asking us to pay for rebuilding engine and ac again and that to after 57 dayswhy you people push us to seek consumer court for justice…? A brand like maruti should not suppoed to rob customer like this. Such harassment from maruti is un acceptable. Paying 1.5 lack for ceased engine of a maruti car is no more han a joke. Respected I bought a new swift desire from sudha motors Ranchi they said my cars with air bag but there is no written SRS in my steering and my front panel .i have shown my car to other maruti showroom for this, they also said there is no airbag
