Maruti Suzuki India — fastag offered by dealers

I purchased espresso model rh45cj5941. During payment i was informed that fastag is must and offered hdfc fastag. The information gathered from hdfc fastag shows that my vehicle is not registered till date and i was compelled to pay double at every toll. The services of hdfc are hell and irresponsible. My submission is
Why maruti are ofering hdfc fastag with every new vehicle. Who is getting benefited or earning out of hdfc, the local dealer or maruti suzuki is passing to such a hard time that it has to earn profit as commission from such horrible service provider. Please see and take needful action. I understand maruti has quality and excellent management, then why to join hands with such rotten entities/service providers. Its not only me, i can arrange 10 more such reprot is desired by you.
