Gunnu ghat, near telecom colony, nahan, himachal pradesh - 173001 on 2.01.18 has refused to provide first free service to my vehicle vitara brezza hr99 aby (Temp) 8695, saying that i am late for service as 1 month period was over about 12 days back and i will have to go back to the dealer from whom i bought the vehicle for service. That dealer is located about 100 kms away. The heavy rush at anymaruti service station coupled with this uncooperative attitude of this service centre is making me regret my decision to buy a maruti car.

Hi,
I am recent buyer of Suzuki brezza, where head rest of driver seat is so uncomfortable, I got heavy neck pain after driving about 100 to 200 km, kindly take a note of it and rectify
