Maruti Suzuki India — given old car with rusted engine part and no cng | |||||
Ajinkya gursale here from mumbai. I had booked celerio cng model on 22 september 2018 from paramount wheels showroom from mira road - east, thane - 401107 branch. I was going to take the delivery on 18th october 2018. On 16th october 2018 the dealer tells me that the car cant be arranged and after lot of heated argument they told me to buy maruti celerio zxi by paying extra money and they will fit cng in next 2 days. I had agreed to all this. They give me the delivery on 18th october 2018. They told me this is a brand new 15 days old car. Today (14th november 2018) i get the rc book by post and when i checked the rc book i see they have given me 11 months old car. I quickly checked the car and saw that it has rusted engine part as the car is old. They have cheated me with the car and even not fitted the cng till now. The car is also giving engine noise as it is old. I call them many times and they say cng will be fitted in next week and many a times they don't answer my call. This is very much unethical. I have worked hard day and night and saved money to take this car. This was my dream car. I have paid them 6 lac rupees. This is very painful. I want all my money back (Full refund) calling them is not working at all. I don't understand that when i am genuine from my side why do they have to cheat.
