Maruti Suzuki India — insurance overpayment not realised | |||
Sir, Enclosed please find here with the copy of the order booking /commitment check list dated 17/11/2018 issued by your authorized dealer, osl motorcorp pvt. Ltd. (Cin: u34101wb2012ptc185800) and the copy of certificate –cum –policy schedule, issued by national insurance company. In the order booking /commitment check list the premia for insurance clamed is rs.33, 997/- (Thirty three thousand nine hundred ninety seven) but in the certificate cum policy schedule the actual amount on account of premia for insurance paid as rs.23, 626/- (Twenty three thousand six hundred twenty six) resulting over payment realized is rs.10, 371 (Ten thousand three hundred seventy one) which has not been refunded to me by your above named authorized dealer. Please look in to the matter and take necessary action with in15 (Fifteen) days of receipt of this letter. With thanks.
