Maruti Suzuki India — Malpractices and customer harassment | |||||
Hello there, This email is with regards to all the malpractices on going with the maruti authorised service centres. Its a shame that maruti brags so much about customer satisfaction and have done so much like getting feedback and record keeping softwares and rating for their service centres and show rooms but never ever thought about actually going and having a field experience. To be very frank and blunt its all a HOAX. My recent worst experience with maruti service centres in my area viz. 1. Sai service centre At post JASAI 2. Simran service centre PANVEL I wanted to do the 60000 km routine and i call both the service centres for the rates of egr and other small repair quotation and found out a huge difference of almost rs 800 on egr and when i told the simran service centre about it they said that its their personal choice to give such discount and stuff. So using the same name of AUTHORISED actually ruins the the purpose. Later after getting the services done in simran and filling the feedback form (WHICH IS MEANT TO BE FILLED BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY IF I AM NOT MISTAKENED) I was literally forced to change my rating for which i strictly denied. I was taken to the managers office by the front desk lady and pressurised to change my ratings for which I literally spent 15 mins explaining them thats its my experience and not ur dictatorship. Also the work done was completely of poor quality which i later on did from another outside workshop who is an ex employee of maruti who told me about all the false earnings by service centres. He even told that customers are charged for not doing the work and simply ticking the same on job sheets. I was wondering if an educated person like me is harassed so much, most of the crowd in this area are villagers who dont even know the significance of it which concludes that maruti completely works on hoax numbers. Similar bad experience with sai auto services jasai where i had given my car before giving it to simran motors was that due to the negligence and unskilled labour and improper use or air tools they destroyed the wheels studds which i had to cut and take out at an external workshop. There are many such bad experiences and mal practices being followed at maruti. Now its my humble request to maruti to really look into this matter and take a serious step towards it as i completely support in make in india program and have proved to be a loyal customer by buying a maruti ciaz also. I hope writing such a long email and investing my time money n efforts will give a constructive and helpful outcome. Maruti Swift VDI bearing Ch No:MA3FHEB1S00727213 E No:D13A0517599 was purchased by me from Hira Auto Mobile - Patiala on 27.08.2014. Total reading is 30, 000KM but its color is too dull looking the vehicle is more than 10 years old please look into the matter.
