Sub: regarding inbuilt defect in the maruti swift vxi vehicle bearing regn. No. Od02ae5551 having engine no. K12mn1852051 and chassis no. Ma3ehkd1s00b65494 owned by sri lakshmidhar praharaj
Kind attention is invited to the reference and subject cited above.in continuation to my earlier complaint, i would like to submit that it came to my notice through my person when my person visited the workshop of the authorized dealer that the engine of the above vehicle was brought down without any intimation to me. It is also very unfortunate that the workshop personnel of the service dealer did not bother to give at least a call over phone to intimate about the brought down of engine of the above vehicle. My apprehension about certain inbuilt defect in the engine of the vehicle seems to be true and there is every likelihood of recurrence of the said defect in future in which there is every likelihood of endangering the life and property of self and of my family.
Add to this, the callous and careless attitude of the workshop personnel to respond to our call fortifies the presumption having sold defective car to me, defects whereof could not be easily removed and resulting in brought down of the engine without any intimation to me and thereby leaving me and my family to face emotional stress, mental agony posing a risk to life and property.
In the above circumstances, i sincerely submit that i am a senior citizen and i apprehend that any temporary repair in the engine will certainly not guarantee risk free riding of the vehicle and there is every likelihood of threat to my life and of my family and threat to property.
I therefore request for replacement of the engine with entire new sealed one so as to ensure smooth and risk free driving of the vehicle.
With a positive perception, i hope for a positive response from your side.
