Maruti Suzuki India — maruti insurance - poor service | |||
I had a very bad experience with pratham motors, bangalore during my car insurance renewal. They took money for insurance renewal; however, they failed to make it and deliver the insurance document even after two months of payment. God forbid, if anything unforeseen incident happens, will maruti will take this responsibility? Maruti being such good brand, zyada i have now lost trust and faith in this brand. I am sure this feedback will not make any difference to the company but remember each customer counts and your own dealers will damage the comapany's reputation and make this company nowhere. It have hurt my sentiments as despite follow up the both the company and delaer have failed to respond. I have decided to move to a different brand now. Maruti alto Vehicle no.
