Maruti Suzuki India — maruti suzuki india complaint about baleno could not withstand rain water | |
Sir, I have purchased baleno in may 2018 this year from nexa Mira road (Paramount kashimira). Due to the engine filter placed at low level, when i drive the vehicle in rain, the rain water entered into the engine n vehicle stopped and engine voice changed. I think it is major manufacturering defect due to which water entered into the engine owing to level of the engine filter being very low. Today i have had to experience great difficulty and had stuck on the road could not reached my office. After that I called maruti assistance and they arranged towing to tow the vehicle to workshop in Mira road (penkatpada) Maruti should own its manufacturing defect and get the needful done so that its trusted customer may not have to experience difficulty in rainy season. And should also direct the Paramount workshop (penkarpada, Mira road) to repair the vehicle on company cost. Hoping for best services from most trusted maruti suzuki. Atul Waghmare Regn no.
