I booked Maruti Espresso in October 2022 from Maruti's dealers, Patel Motors, Indore.
When I booked the car, they offered me a discount of around, Rs. 40, 000 and they promised to deliver the car within 4-6 weeks. Now they're telling me to pay the full, increased price of the car, refusing the discount that they offered me when I booked the car. I have already raised the complaint up to the regional office and I'm still getting the same response from them that the discount was applicable on time of delivery. This they very conveniently forgot to mention when they were luring me with the discount. They keep saying that the issue is "already resolved" when it's not. When I told them that I would raise a complaint to the company, they very shamelessly told me to go and complain, that the company won't do anything about it. I'm not surprised considering the effort and time I wasted raising a complaint to the regional office. When I took the delivery of the car, they also gave it without a hard copy of invoice. Only 3-4 days later, I had to ask them again for the invoice and they sent me a soft copy on WhatsApp. They have already charged me Rs. 9311 for the extended warranty and I have still not recieved the papers of the extended warranty.
