Dear Sir/Mam

In reference to the captioned subject, i would like to inform you that i have booked a car at Gulzar motors, near Dholewal Chowk, Ludhiana with an advance of Rs. 5, 000/-
But due to some issues i couldn't be able to buy the car from them.
I need my booking amount back but Gulzar Motors is neglecting to return the same.
You are kindly requested to ask Mr. Sanjeev in Gulzar motors to return the amount.
Hope Maruti will take quick and prompt action in this matter to serve it's customers.

Yesterday i go maruti service center for service my car but wen i go evening time take my car then i see he brooking my front glass i sand e mail to customer care and i call also he i do help but today he call me and tell me you pay 2200 rs then he do repair this glass now what i do please help me

I have purchase a Maruti Car from Bimal Agency of Chandmari, Guwahati. Surprisingly, I inform you that in my document the model of the car is Maruti Swift ZXI, but they have provide me Maruti Swift VXI. Actually, I am going to purchase VXI model, but when they hand over my car document, the model of the car is ZXI. It is completely negligence.
