Maruti Suzuki India — non availability of parts
I regret to bring to your kind notice the following facts:
I had brought my damaged car to maruti workshop in shillong meghalaya on december 19, 2017 for repairs. The work manager swung into action immediately, got the damaged assessed and the surveyor's inspection. But till date the car is as is where is condition for want of parts. The work manager is positive that the parts will arrive anytime as they have indented the parts. Even after 86 days the parts have not come. I request the company to kindly speed up the dispatch of the parts at the earliest.
The car i am writing about is estilo zen of 2011 make.
