Maruti Suzuki India — not getting new ertiga zdi delivery on time | |||
Sir/ madam, I have booked my ertiga zdi on 17/02/19 at stan autos pvt. Ltd., mohali. Having booking number sob18003030 against the booking amount of rs. 11000/-. Dealer has committed 22 to 24 weeks time. Now time is over and dealer is not responding and updating the delivery of my car. Neither the sales person, sales manager nor the gm of stan autos pvt. Ltd. After having the talk with the gm of the dealership, he is telling that maruti is not delivering the car that's why we are not providing you the car. Kindly provide my car. No one is replying to my complaint. Is this the way to deal with the customer. I am really very shocked. If this is the behaviour of Maruti Suzuki, i will prefer buying car from another car manufacturer.
