Maruti Suzuki India — pathetic customer relationship | |||
Today morning, i planned to exchange my maruti esteem and book swift all new dzire zxi with abt maruti guindy, chennai. I was informed that esteem would be taken on booking the new car and was asked to give a letter stating that i confirm the booking and will not cancel in the future. They wanted this letter for my preferred color only upon which my car would be exchanged. Only on confirmation of the above, by the executive (Karthik), i took my car. However the executive went back on his words and showroom declined to take esteem when we went to book in the evening. The executive was not even apologetic about going back on his word. This unnecessarily troubled us taking the car all the way. We could not book on our preferred date and time. Is this how maruti dealers treat their customers?? Especially new customers?? Very worst and pathetic service by your dealer abt maruti. I will ensure i convey about abt to all my friends, especially on the lines as to how maruti is ensuring quality at their dealerships??? Now, i am having second thoughts on booking a maruti car as i am worried about customer service and after sales service. Truly disappointed x-customer of maruti. Was this information helpful? | |||
