Maruti Suzuki India — poor performance of cars

I bought a maruti suzuki s cross car last year, company claimed its average to be 24 km/lt, but actually it can only achieve 12-13 km/lt. Also 5th gear can be put on only after the car reaches speed of 70 km/hr. Earlier the service center used to say that it would become normal after 3rd service. Now they are saying that these are the parameters. I have got this checked 4 times from the company but it has not given any results. I am really disappointed and dissatisfied with this.

When m in 150 160 thn i aply the breaks when my swift zdi+ did the vibration too much i dont know what fault is this but i m not happy. for this complain. plz solve this one

I wish to inform you that I drove 58, 000 kilometers as on date and I have not faced any trouble during the span. I handled it to my utmost satisfaction and I was impressed and felt happy with the performance of the vehicle.

But of-late since the last 6 months the vehicle is giving only 8 kms per litre of HSD which I could not be without regret. I have given this vehicle to your authorised service point and even after servicing also, there is no improvement in mileage. In the market everybody is thinking that MARUTHI vehicles are giving good performance and mileage. Unfortunately my vehicle is not giving such a good performance to appraise for. I once again regret for its very poor performance. You are requested to kindly advise your authorized service centre at Kurnool, AP to study carefully look into it seriously once again for setting it right for meeting targeted milage.
