Maruti Suzuki India — poor repairing work | |||||
I, mr kiran patel, have given the maruti suzuki ciaz to service. So i had given it at maruti service station situated at maruti starline pvt. Ltd, mehsana on 25/03/2018. But service is not proper and body and chasis noise is not solve. Till that day, i have gone there two times but i didn't recieve any satisfactory reply from there. Also they didn't solve the noise problem. They just charged me with the bill of 3819/- for that new but not properly fixed hanging bumper. It is but natural that if any customer is paying the amount for a commodity and service than it is your duty ti give us satisfactorily reply, service and complete solution of problem. I wrote this letter to tell you that i am completely dis-satisfy by your service. Also i want the proper solution regarding this probelm from your side. Dear sir mai apani car up70DQ6554 ko date 31 october 2017 ko greenland motors lukerganj allahabad me repaire karane ko diya tha aaj date 29 march 2018 tak complete nahi ho payi jab bhi bat karata hu to bolate hai abhi 10 day aur lagege. so please aise servece center ki inqary karake inake khila[censored]chit kanoni kaywahi ki jay
