Sir i have done repairing of my car maruti wagon r no dl 1 cl 3160 from your authorise service center maruti enterprises authorise service station 3021 kheda pati road gwalior [m.P]

my bill no is 044250 dated 10 may 2017 amount rs14052
but when i paid the bill through debit card your distibutor charged rs 210 extra for card payment

i wish to no that is this legal if not why he is doing so
