I have purchased celerio zxi model on 30th july 2017 at the kothari wheels viman nagar pune-411014.
First case: when i visited for estimate costing at showroom, that time sales executive mr. Sachin met me. He explains me about prices, he told me rs.20, 000/- discount on celerio car and also written on quotation. When i sat for discussion about settlement / my excess amount that time he told me rs.15, 000/- was an offer on celerio in july 2017. I told him this is not accepted now. His manager mr. Bharat was convincing me for the settlement also i told them sorry i can't help you in that case. Pay me my amount. After 2 days they are ready to pay.
Second case: after a settlement, they told me that you will get whole amount cheque within 3-4 days. I said ok. But still, i didn't receive the cheque and any call from them.
Kindly i request you please look into this matter on priority basis.
I have all proof.
