Maruti Suzuki India — regarding accident happen due to steering lock.

Dear sir,
On 18th mar 2020, my car accident happen at bilaspur due to locking of stearing and i am not able to understand how the steering is locked during running time.
Please investigate the problem and inform us what is proper reason behind the accident.
I may be due breakage of tie rod.
We are repairing our car at chandpur agency, bilaspur (H. P).
