Maruti Suzuki India — vibration problem in my maruti celerio vxi car (cng)

Dear sir,

I had bought the new celerio car last month (20.08.2017) from vipul motos pvt ltd, faridabad, since then i am facing the vibration problem while gear shifting & silencer side although the first service is also done in my car but still the problem is not resolved. During the service the technician cleans up sparking plugs & injectors but proved futile. Moreover they told me it’s a 3 cylinder based car hence vibration exist.
Kindly resolve this problem & send your senior technician & now i will not visit your any service center as i do not have spare time to resolve it.
If you can not resolve it then confirm me vibration problem consist in celerio model.

Updated by vikassys Today my Celerio Car (HR[protected] was picked up by Vipul Motors Pvt Ltd, Faridabad vide Job Card No.JC17013295 Dt-21.09.2017 (Copy Enclosed) to resolve Vibration Problem but unfortunately STILL THE SAME PROBLEM CONSIST IN MY CAR.
Further I also discussed with Mr. I D. Pandey GM-Service at Vipul Motors Pvt Ltd, Faridabad & he explained me the vibration consist in my car (Celerio) is Normal & can not improved at all.
According to me from the day one this car is vibrating & I am still not satisfied so either Maruti Suzuki rectify this problem or return my money back with immediate effect.
