Last year i purchased swift lxi (Optional) from your bagga link showroom.
After a while when my car went for first service, he took a dent on my car bonet, and when i made complaint at your service center, they accepted their fault but again i had to visit three times to your service to get my car repaired.
The paint that they used at my car was not genuine since it get dull in just few months, they left two to three drops of paint on the bonet.
Yesterday when i was going to get my car serviced i saw a crack line on front mirror just after removing the body cover, and there is not even a single dent on the mirror of anything that could be thrown on that, and for the same issue i had talk with maruti executive they are not ready accept this incident.
I am very unsatisfied with the service of your company.
In a year my car got three times serviced as per the given schedule by your guidelines.
I hope you'll look after my problem.
