[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki India — showroom not delivering booked car color on promised date

We had booked maruti suzuki dzire vxi amt petrol model from patel showroom ratlam on 31.05.2019 for magma grey color, receipt is enclosed as a proof of the same. And delivery of the car was to be done on 27.06.2019, but at the time of booking the sales person oroany senior staffsof maruti suzuki never told us that magma grey color is not available or will not be available on our desired date and today a person from patel motors told us that instead of magma grey, silver is available on your desired date.
My husband and i have exclusively taken leave from our office for purchasing car on 27.06.2019. Now they have clearly told us that nothing can be done about it and they are telling us to compromise with silver color instead of magma grey. We are feeling so cheated at this point. How shall we compromise for something which is as costly as rs. 8.20 lakh. This is so aweful customer dealing on maruti suzuki's part. Kindly resolve this as we need magma grey anyhow on 27.06.2019 at patel motors ratlam.
