Maruti Suzuki India — subject : fraud is going on in showroom

Dear team,

this is regarding my vehicle mh14hg8736 swift dzire purchased in july from your showroom my car wakad. While purchasing i have paid 2500 rs. (Excess amount) as tax. Your sales team leader mr. Nanasaseb raut told me that i will refund this amount to you as soon as possible. Also he didn't gave me any receipt of that amount. after taking continuous follow up from last 2-3 months the said amount is not refunded yet & mr. Balaso is not responding properly. I am totally unsatisfied with your service & disappointed. Please look into this matter. I hope for your positive response.
