I bought the scooter for my daughter in 2013 from signature motors india pvt ltd. Till the company service period every thing was fine. This year i took an annual service contract and every thing has gone wrong from then. None of the repair work pointed out at the time of service is completed. They don't even have a customer care recorded line which i cannot believe such a reputed company like suzuki will entertain. The state of the scooter has become dangerous for my daughter to drive because of the neglect on repairing the complaint. For example three service before the supervisor told me that the front suspension has to be changed. I asked him to do it. The scooter was returned without doing it because the spare was not available. This same thing was repeated after two months. This time i called the service center and confirmed that the spare parts are available and i gave the scooter for service today. Now i got a call that the spare is not available and they can't even confirm when it will be available. Is this really one can expect from an authorized suzuki service center?
