Maruti Suzuki India — theft of foot mat from the car

I left my new dzire ldi model today[protected] when i went to get my car after the first service the foot mat of the car was stolen. When we asked they blamed on us that we have stole our own mat now why would i do that. The manager said that i will find your mat after a long fight and requested to take the car as there was no place in the service centre and told me to sign the undertaking form. Afterwards when i gave a call to the manager about the mat he replies “you have signed the undertaking form so i can’t help you now”. That proves these filthy animals lie for a footmat. This is not the first time last time i gave my old car swift dzire vdi the same thing happened but this time i didn’t move my car from there so they returned the mat asking sorry we forgot.
