Maruti Suzuki India — unnecessary delay in delivery of documents | |||||
I krishan kumar beniwal purchased baleno delta from platinum nexa showroom manesar on 14th june.2017. They couldn't provide me the bills while delivering the vehicle saying that tomorrow they will send through some staff at my home. But they couldn't do this upto next 20 days and finally they sent it upto rewari instead of my hometown. Also they made compulsory the accessories of rs 27k. Later for registration we came to know that agency is to take the registration amount and they should prepare a file. Again i contacted mr. Anant y who dealt my vehicle delivery. He told me to do neft of rs.34500/- and within two days he will despatch the file to me.. Amt was 31030/- but without checking he asked me the old amount. Neft was done on 13/7/17 but till date he didn't do needful for me and even. Not picking my phone.. Request to the concerned authority to look into the matter and do drastic change in their behaviour. Because of their negligency my car registration is delayed.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
