Maruti Suzuki India — very poor response | |||||
We have booked omni in the name of a suresh chandra baby in may. We have paid loan amount 2.40 lalhs & exchange of 40k for old vehicle.in many situation vehicle not available for us and also we are in difficult situation at the time of vehicle arrival. By after 7 month we have got vehicle by december. After delivery really they r treating like a dog. Past 5 days i m calling to various number. No one attending the call. Note: they tied one tag for customer care that number also no response. After this situation we have booked tiago from tata & datson redi go+ for business purpose use. Really we r feeling ashamed to take in your corporate. Feeling too bad to took delivery in your company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
