sir, I mr. J. Prabhakararao of Lampakalova prathipadu mandal, e.g.dt, andhra pradesh, puchased maruthi suzuki ertiga zdi model vehicle at your authorised show room varun motors at siripuram inVishakapatnam on 22nd March 2015. At the time of delivery of the vehicle the authorities assured the 4 years warranty.. and collected the amount accordingly. After delivered the vehicle, showroom authorities turn the word on the fore said warranty. now they are telling 2 years warranty on my vehicle. The adviser Mr.kannababu, and showroom authorities are not responding to my grievance. The accessories of the vehicle is not up to the mark. kindly look into my problem and make justice at earliest.
