[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — Rude behaviour against customer

Hi, I have bought Maruti Swift Vxi on 3rd of October from Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd situated at Tathawade. I had a good experience and appreciated the efforts in delivering the car on time. But now whenever I call the contact person (Mr. Vinayak ) he gets irritated and sometimes does not picks up the call. Today when I called him to inquire about RTO documents that i have not received yet, he rudely said to stop calling him so many times. The way he talked to a new customer is not acceptable.
