Dear madam/ sir My complaint is regarding service defficiency from authorised service centre of maruti suzuki in kota rajasthan. Maruti suzuki swift dzire Model varient dzire ldi (O) Dealer city kota Dealer name bhatia & company Dealer address Auto mobile zone g-11/12 Industrial area, kota Date of purchase of vehicle 30/jun/2008 Sir i have get my bonnet repaired and colored black at bhatia and company kota rajasthan i am admirer of brand maruti suzuki and owning the car since 2008 the colour of my bonnet is faded and it seems that some non approved paint or technique is used in painting the bonnet even after the Ervicing the quality of the work ie paint was not satisfactory but i was assured that to come back if any problem arises, now i have been transferred to mumbai from kota rajasthan and the looks of my car is very Glimpse due to faded colour of the bonnet please suggest me for the nessesary action I have mailed and talked at every level of maruti suzuki for resolution of my grievance but no one from maruti or its service centre responded positively. I just want to share that even in maruti service centre they are using fake products or practices so that a complaint arises again and again and they get business from that.
