I purchased ALTO-800LXI from show room named Dewar"s Garage LTD.( 4A council house street, kolkta:700001) on[protected] through Mr JAY PRAKASH, sales executive. TheSMART CARD was made available after 8 months that too after long persuation depecting a name in SMART CARD which is not as per my PAN card and VOTER I card.Your staff insisted me to accept the same.I refused to accept and returned for correction.The REGISTERATION NO - WB 24 Y 2327. It is regretted to inform you that the SMART CARD is neither handed-over nor no information was given to me about the status, even after one year and four months. I am facing problem for want of SMART CARD.Your early action is requested.
