Maruti Suzuki — Tyre damage without bursting and puncher on 10000 km

Sir, I brought wager-r car from Raj Auto Wheel, Ajmer - Rajasthan in Oct-2010. Our present running km are 17000km as on 24.06.2014.The tyre make is CEAT. After purched car from Ajmer, than my transfer at Chittorgarh. I contact at Bhatia Show room Chittorgarh (Raj) but they refused for replace tyre.
