Maruti Trading — loss of money, fraud

I had provided 100 % amount rs 45000/- on friday 07.12.2018.
As per company profile & communication. For led plant machine & it is committed that the technician will come on sunday with balance spare part of machine,
Further about paying the g. S. T. Amount rs 12600/- (28% of above value) on saturday which is neither informed to pay from day 01, nor mention in your company profile.& it was paid by me on same day.

After full payment & continuous follow up. The technician never come till date as committed by company staff.
They also not providing me the phone no of technician, screenshot of agreement (If completed).

I had only one phone no : [protected]. & every-time the call was received by different lady (Sneha, sweta, ruby)
& the commitment also differs from person to person.

Also they are not receiving my call after payment as they are receiving & calling me before payment.

Now after full payment, only i had received less than half machine spare parts with raw material of 01 week which is totally differs from company mail.

So kindly look in to the matter & if company are not able to full fill the commitment to the costumer.
Requesting to refund my amount (Rs. 45000+ rs.12600) at the earliest
