Mas Technology, Gujarat — fake data entry works submission and payment threats of filing legal case by fake company

hiii..I'm also getting the threatning messges fromt his company for depositing a amount for not working correctlt...my reason is also same as yours..i also started working..but after founding that ther's no company like that ..i sttopped working and now they are calling me to deposit the pay. for what reason i have to pay them..please help meeee...

Hi! I am Mayuri. I am the victim of a fraud company named as Mas Technology.. They gave me 1200 forms to fill up within 8 days. And also the lady named as Priya Shah from their company said if i didn't complete the work within the given period then they can extend 2 days more. After all the information I started working but because of some issues i couldn't complete all the forms i have completed only 1000 and now they are threatening me to pay 6900rs as a registration fee.. If i will not pay the amount then they will file a case against me.. Now i am confuse what to do and what to not

The company named MAS TECHNOLOGY contact me on whatsapp, they get my number from naukri.com and ask if i want to work from home without paying any charge you only have to fill form provided by us. firstly i agreed then they give me an id and password when i login and see their forms i thought they are frod and i denied to fill form or work. Now they start torching me by sending mail and call that pay 6700 or otherwise we file case against you to break agreement but they didn't send me any official joining letter and i didn't signed any valid or invalid agreement. Now they mentally harassing me, blackmailing me to pay money by sending mails and call. Please do something i didn't signed any agreement so it's my choice whether i want to work for them or not and why should i pay without doing anything.now they are saying that they have my voice confirmation for their agreement and blackmailing at name of court case again and again

Hi, , i received a call from a girl (I forgot the name) from MAS TECHNOLOGY, by stating that the registration for online data entry work and also the complete process is free and the registration charge will be deducted from the salary that will be Rs. 6700 if i fail to submit the 1200 forms on time by which i was convinced. So keeping this in consideration i did the registration by sending them the Aadhar card as said by them. When I received the agreement it was mentioned that “if there are mistakes exceeding to their guidelines then also I have to pay “which was not acknowledged by the girl on the call. I started working on the form filling work, but I just discussed from my brother about it, he says to check the company which I goggled up, I never found a company name and location. I tried to call and to contact helpline number several times but no response. Then also I completed the work as assigned as per not completing it we have to pay the given above amount. When I submitted the work I got the mail for the QC report will be generated within 4-5 days. I called again to the helpline number but the girl picked the call and listened to the question and disconnected the call. Till 12th no message was their then on 13th I mailed them from then they are sending me mails and calls of threatening that you have failed to complete the work and asking for utility and maintenance charges and blackmailing of court case again and again.
And the Company is also not available in the website nor the mails which they have send is attached with any company signature and dormant.. So its clears that they are 100% fraud. And now i m not responding to them.

Hi, i received a call from Ms. Payal no, calling from mas technology, saying to register for online data entry work on 31st july, 20. I've received emails stating the verification is over and i can start working on an agreement base. They've sent me an agreement which is fake and no signature and seal is mentioned. They had asked for picture of my adhaar card and they just entered my details in the agreement. I also started working on the form filling work, but then when i searched google, i never found a company of that name and location. The place they mentioned their address in the agreement goes like this. mas technology, located at 109 shavion society, dhamlej veraval road, gujarat. I've tried to contact the helpdesk number which they provided And Payal contact number is switched off. I've stopped working once realized that this is fraud. I tried many times given helpdesk numbers but never connected. Yet now i m going to claim in labour court of harrassment case complained at mas technology. i will not give nothing charge amount etc. This is fraud.

Same is happening with me. What did u all do? Did something happened?

A girl(didn't mentioned her name) contacted me through the phone number +[protected]rohit verma company(HR)), and gave the details of the work as you can earn 30, 000/- for filling 1200 forms in 8 days; there is no registration fees and a sum of 6500/- will be deducted from the salary. the payment will only be given if the work has 90% or above accuracy, if i didnt complete my work or submit the work then also i had to pay 6500/-. i was made to sign agreement digitally and asked the photo of my ID proof. then they mailed all the other work through mail, they send me the userID and password and i started to work. i tried to contact them in this whatsup number but they didnt respond to my calls or messages. i finished my work and submitted on the 8th day. after 3 days then i got a call from +[protected], claiming as legal officer (Niraj Gupte)says my Qc report shows fail and need to pay 6500/- within 10 minutes but when i checked the website with the userID and password, it shows the Qc report is pending. and when i said to him he told me to contact the helpline numbers [protected]/[protected] but they were not responding to them. the so called legal officer torcher me to pay 6500/- otherwise they will move the case into the court and will have to pay around 2 lacs as penalty. then when i agree to pay the 6500/- he asked me to pay 7510/- including his consultation fees and send me the QR code and UPI (Bharatpe[protected]@yesbankltd) for payment. can anyone help me to overcome the situation.

Have you filed any complaint regarding them at your near by police station ...if yes soo please please revert to me as soon as possible It's urgent because I'll be pulling them to crime branch office

आप कल करते है उसके बाद काम पूरा होने के बाद आप सही भरे होंगे पिरभी कहेगे की गलत है 90 % इसके ओजह से आप को ये फॉर्म का नुकसान हुआ है जो आप को भरना पड़ेगा आधी आप नहीं भरते हो तो आप पर कपिलने कर्ज आप को एक मेल सेंड करेंगे और संस भी उसके बाद आप यदि उनके helpine नो पर बात करते है तो आप को section -73 &74 के तहत कोट में बिलाये गए आप को मेल इस तरह रहे गए

As per our conversation I was given a chance for settlement but you can't pay. so according to your agreement you must present in the vapi session court and pay total financial loss of the company.payment is not done so your case transferred for further proceeding at an Arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 imposed on you and you need to pay Rs. 72102 / - for total loss to the company.
