[Resolved]  Masseren.co — MACCARON.IN - Product not delivered and refused to refund

I had placed an order on 26 July which was supposed to be delivered by 17 Aug and still haven’t received. Order number 583352.
When I enquired about the same they said it is still on process and cannot tell me a date or time when I will receive my order.I asked for refund but refused to do so saying it’s in their guidelines that after shipping they can’t cancel the order but in the same guidelines it’s written within 21 days they will deliver international items.Also the product is yet to be shipped.
I want my money back .
