[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — False bills and cheating | |||
I have been to Dubai for a 7 days and I was on Wifi all the while. The amount they billed me for data exceeded 10k and they dont have an answer around it. Guys please be prepared to get conned if you are taking Matrix Cellular. They are the biggest Frauds. They sent a bill of 21 k and since they have credit card details they have charged my card and are not even acknowledging the complaint. HariOm and Amardeep Kalra promised to resolve and at the end of it they just said that we cant do anything. Hands are tied. Was this information helpful? | |||

This misleading of customers has been going on for a long time.
