[Resolved] Matrix Cellular — High bills for non-usage

I got a Matrix SIM +[protected] and signed for a Rs.9230 Plan. However, in 2 days all 5GB data was gone and no one advised me that there would be additional data usage. I hardly used 1-2GB Data as am connected to Office and Hotel WIFI all the while. They are now harassing me to pay Rs. 21000+ from my credit card and I cannot do any as I am still in Cape Town
